Community Guidelines

1. Introduction

These Community Guidelines govern your participation in the etermax community, including the Creators Partner Program. They serve as a roadmap to nurture creativity, promote knowledge-sharing, and encourage collaboration in a global community celebrating diversity in cultures, ages, and beliefs.

These guidelines help keep Trivia Crack and all etermax services fun and enjoyable for everyone and apply to all content on the service, including video, chat, trivias, comments, and accounts.

2. Safe Environment

We prioritize a safe app environment, free from disturbing or offensive content, prioritizing your device’s security and your personal safety. Our goal is to foster a secure space for responsible expression, knowledge-sharing, and curiosity, nurturing a vibrant global community founded on mutual respect, creativity, and enjoyment.

You can report content that violates these guidelines using the reporting option available within our apps for quick review by our moderation team.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content and behavior are not permitted:

• Hate speech: content that targets individuals or groups based on personal characteristics such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disabilities, or diseases.
• Predatory behavior: any behavior that exploits or endangers others, including minors.
• Graphic violence: content depicting or promoting graphic violence, malicious attacks, or harmful or dangerous behavior.
• Harassment: threats, intimidation, stalking, or sharing personal information of a third party (including photos, videos, or audio) meant to harass such third parties.
• Offensive or discriminatory content: material that is offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable to a diverse global audience.

4. Spam & Authenticity

Promote meaningful and genuine interactions by refraining from spammy behavior, such as:

• Artificially collecting likes or followers
• Posting repetitive content
• Contacting users for commercial purposes without their consent
• Unsolicited promotions, phishing links, or chain messages

Share trivia questions and content that are suitable for a diverse audience. Keep interactions authentic and respectful.

5. Intellectual Property

As a content creator, you must ensure you have the rights to share the content you post. Do not copy or use material from the internet that you do not have the right to use, such as copyrighted music, videos, or other users’ content, without proper authorization.

Each and every one of the brands that are part of Trivia Crack are registered and protected by intellectual property rights. This includes all materials found within any of our platforms, such as texts, images, illustrations, sounds, videos, or graphics, as well as ideas, projects, diagrams, or files.

6. Fair Play

Play fair and play honest. The following are prohibited:

• Cheating or exploiting bugs
• Using unauthorized third-party tools or software
• Any form of manipulation that gives an unfair advantage

If you discover a bug, report it instead of exploiting it. Fair play keeps the experience enjoyable for everyone.

7. Reporting Violations

We highly value your assistance in maintaining a safe environment. If you witness a violation of these guidelines:

• Use the in-app reporting tools for quick review by our moderation team.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and kept confidential.

8. Enforcement

Overstepping these boundaries may result in:

• A warning for first-time or minor offenses
• Deleted content
• Temporary suspension or disabling of account access
• Permanent ban for severe or repeated violations
• Reporting to law enforcement when required by applicable law
